Support Manager

* You will lead our Support Department and coach our other remote support technicians
* You are expected to further develop our support function and
streamline our support offerings, to improve the efficiency of the
support function
* You will be part of our Network Operations Center, actively monitoring and acting on alerts.
* We expect you to have a wide technical background and especially seen to:
    Operating Systems (Windows AND Linux)
    Networking and communication (TCP/IP)
    Virtualization (KVM/OpenVZ Hypervisors)
    Previous experience from hosting


The majority of our clients are non-swedish, why fluid and well written english is a must!

Designer / Web Developer

* You will be responsible for our web sites and further development

* You are to create new web frontends and make integrations with underlying systems.

* You will be responsible for producing graphical material, mainly for our web - but also other purposes

* We are looking for amazing talent, why we do not pay much attention to what coding languages or web systems you master
